CH&CO sets out sustainability targets
The company has set out its 2020 sustainability targets in its Planet Report
Last year, CH&CO became the largest and most diverse contract caterer to be awarded the top-level three-star Food Made Good rating by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). Now, the company, which serves many sectors including independent schools, has set out its 2020 sustainability targets in its Planet Report for the current academic year.
Some of the targets listed in the Planet Report include sourcing fish responsibly, serving more vegetables and better meat.
