Bett on the future of education
Next year's Bett Asia education conference and expo will gather experts from across the region to share the latest in innovative thinking in the field
At Bett, we believe in creating a better future for students by transforming education. Our mission is to bring together people, ideas, practices and technologies so that educators and learners can fulfil their potential.
Now established across the globe, the Bett series consists of five unique shows: Bett Asia, Bett LatAm, Bett Mena, Bett Brazil and Bett London. Combined, our international series attracts almost 60,000 educators, leaders and practitioners, alongside more than 1,200 technology and solution providers.
Bett Asia is the region’s leading education conference and expo, with the fifth edition set to take place on 12-13 March 2019 at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. Bett Asia will gather the region’s most senior education leaders, educators and innovators to celebrate the future of education.
As APAC education leaders struggle to build a change culture, it is clear that 21st century skills are imperative for pupil success. Research undertaken by Bett has unearthed consistent challenges across the Asia-Pacific region. This knowledge will set the tone for the programme within both the Summit and the Expo. Therefore, this year’s key theme is ‘Building a change culture to deliver 21st century learning’.
In line with this, our cutting-edge summit will discuss the transformation of education and discover the innovation that will inspire change across the Asia-Pacific region. The Expo will showcase the practical tools, techniques and training to empower educators in transforming learning in the classroom and beyond.
The Leadership Summit convenes carefully chosen expert speakers to explore topics nominated by policy and decision makers, from K-12 to TVET, which address key opportunities to improve education systems and further student outcomes across the region and beyond. The morning keynotes will be delivered by high level speakers, followed by afternoon breakout streams of workshops, demonstrations, discussions and presentations.
The Expo will showcase practical tools, techniques and training that will empower educators to transform learning in the classroom and within institutions. Visitors will be able to test the latest products, gain valuable tips and tricks, and network with other educators to discuss the transformation and innovations happening within the edtech space.
