Great food is at the very heart of our business. We strive every day to wow our pupils with new ideas and interesting things to try whilst keeping the traditional touches. We have a unique approach and are proud of our fresh food heritage.
Holroyd Howe is a market-leader in working with schools outsourcing for the first time. We've learnt that schools outsource for various reasons, including training and development of teams, improving management systems and to bring in-house culinary expertise.
Our approach is quite simple. We focus on getting to know your school, understanding the leadership style, building relationships, and managing the hearts and minds during change and mobilisation.
Executive Chef - DAMIAN BLAKE
Damian has been with Holroyd Howe since 2003 when he first joined as a support chef. Over the years he has progressed to become the company executive chef. He looks after culinary arts and food innovation and works closely with all our chefs to develop their skills. Damian also leads mobilisation of new schools and takes responsibility for special events and hospitality.
