What we do

We develop property management software designed to increase the ROI on property portfolios with features that save time, money and resources. We are unique in the marketplace as Decorus integrates with Sage 50c, an industry standard in accounting.

The software streamlines the administrative workload for users as they manage their properties, tenancies and financials in one system.

Our solution caters for landlords, letting agents and estate/block managers in the UK, used to manage residential and commercial portfolios.

The sophisticated system is also used to manage a wide range of student accommodation providers from small HMO portfolios to large blocks. Our clients come to us looking for software that integrates with their accounting package, Sage 50. Once it is up and running they find themselves working more efficiently which helps them to provide a better service without adding to their wage bill.

Decorus for Sage is a one-stop solution giving users an overview of their portfolio at a snapshot. They have the tools to make changes before anything becomes critical; this can include tenants in arrears, maintenance work, cash flow or areas within a portfolio operating at a loss.

At its core lies a CRM specific for property management. This is where data from tenant contact records, next of kin info, bank details, property records, key locations and much more can all be logged in the system. This can be repurposed for other uses including marketing material, budgeting and building relationships with tenants and suppliers.

The software also integrates with MS Office, giving users an e-mail client that makes it easier to communicate individually or in bulk whilst the office diary is perfect for creating alerts and reminders for room inspections and expirations.

When it comes to time-saving functionalities, using automated processes is key. This doesn’t just do the work, it helps focus on other aspects of their business. The best thing is that it is configurable for the user, allowing them full control of each step.

We’ve built our software to be a value-for-money solution, flexible for individual requirements. Decorus is available to purchase outright or on a monthly subscription and the product comes with all the important features but additional modules are available for those looking for something more specific.
