When someone visits our website, we use third party service, WordPress and Google Analytics. We use these services to collect visitor behaviour patterns to see how our website is being used by you, the customer. In doing this, we hope to be able to identify areas where, if needed, we can improve the user experience. Any information that we collect will be processed in such a way that will not identify anyone.

Our website uses cookies to tell you apart from other users. We use Outlook to process any contact messages that come through our website. We may from time to time keep these emails after they have been actioned for future reference if we think they may be needed. We do not use any of this information in any other way than stated.

As stated, your personal details will not be passed to third parties unless it is to fulfil a service which has been agreed in advance by you submitting a form in which you agree to being contacted. Examples of this scenario are when you sign up to watch a webinar in which we have a partner. The partner will contact you to offer further information relating to the webinar. We endeavour to only use your personal information for the purposes mentioned above. Your personal information will only be stored for as long as we deem necessary to fulfil the purpose that we have collected it for. Going forward, if any changes are made to this privacy policy we will notify you by email if you are a subscriber. If you are not a subscriber, our most recent privacy policy will be available on our website. If you wish to, you have the right at any time, to request a copy of the personal details we hold for you. This is known as a ‘Data Subject Access Request’.
