Careers advice forum for school kids

Careers guidance charity Adviza teams up with Success at School to launch an online careers advice forum for young people

Available nationwide from 1st December to pupils whose schools sign up on the free website successatschool.org, the forum will enable young people to get advice direct from Adviza’s qualified and impartial careers experts.

Successatschool.org gives schools the tools to design their own personalised careers websites in minutes and track their students’ progress. The platform was recently praised by the Department of Education (DfE) for supporting the aims of the government’s statutory guidance and Inspiration Agenda.

Mitesh Bhimjiyani, Founder of Success at School said: “We are delighted to be working with Adviza to ensure all students across the UK have access to high quality careers advice through our forums and website. This reinforces our commitment to helping schools meet their statutory Ofsted careers requirements while making independent and impartial advice available to all.”

Adviza has provided high quality careers services to young people for many years. The charity holds the matrix standard for its Information, Advice and Guidance and all of its QCF Level 6 qualified careers advisers are on the Career Development Institute (CDI) register of career development professionals.

Sue Gale, Adviza Sales and Development Director said: “We are excited to be collaborating with Success at School on the new forum. The expertise of our advisers combined with this innovative careers platform will provide a great opportunity for young people to get impartial careers advice on topics such as choosing GCSE and A Levels, apprenticeships and higher education options wherever they are in the country.”
