Preview: Facilities Show 2017

Be part of the largest global gathering of FMs this June in London

The largest event in the FM calendar will commence in less than 2 weeks. From 20 June, FM professionals from across the globe will descend on ExCeL London, looking to identify new suppliers and source the latest innovative solutions to address project requirements. They’ll also have the opportunity network in a variety of areas with like-minded peers as they discuss the industry’s hottest topics at the cutting edge of FM, not to mention keeping abreast of all legislation updates and regulation changes.

Facilities Show will again be exclusively held in association with the British Institute of Facilities Management and this year partnered with CBRE, further bolstering its flagship event status supported by the industry that tackles the critical issues facing those working within FM.

The Facilities Show Seminar Theatre and the Keynote Theatre will examine all the key issues in facilities management. Addressing the most pertinent topics, the tailored programme delivers insights from industry experts as well as real case studies and developments from Senior FMs. Headlining this year’s seminar programme will be three more inspirational speakers, and arguably our best yet

You’ll find products and solutions that focus on the future of FM and witness demonstrations that give examples of their implementation. With a mix of both exhibiting suppliers and non-exhibiting vendors, visitors will benefit from real innovation regardless.

Expand your FM network at the Networking Hub, Societies Fair and enjoy some friendly competition
New to 2017, the Facilities Networking Hub and Facilities Games Arcade will be two areas of the show floor not to be missed. Providing all FMs with the opportunity to grow their professional community among like-minded peers over a drink while discussing current projects or during a game of air hockey. Dedicated networking sessions will be hosted by industry groups like FM North and The Hills Club on the top FM and property trends for 2017 and beyond in the Societies Fair.

In visiting key associations like BIFM, CIBSE and IFMA-RICS, visitors will have the opportunity to gain insight on courses, accreditation and career paths for their teams. Develop specialisms in security, safety, fire field service and corporate wear

Facilities Show badge holders will be able to further develop their specialisms and source products in security, fire, safety, field service and corporate wear with access to IFSEC International, Safety & Health Expo, FIREX International. Field Service Management Expo and Professional Clothing Show, taking place in adjoining halls at the same time. Visitors can identify new suppliers for perimeter security, access control CPD accreditations, cctv, site evacuation and more or attend a host of education sessions discussing core issues including safety legislation, fire door installations and field service solutions.
