St. Hilda’s Prep School for Girls appoints new head

Andy Kaye, the new head at St. Hilda’s Prep School for Girls, takes up his new role in September 2022

The Aldenham Foundation has appointed Andy Kaye as the new head at St. Hilda’s Prep School for Girls to start this September.

The Aldenham Foundation is the group encompassing Aldenham Senior School, Aldenham Prep School, Aldenham Nursery, St Hilda’s Prep School, and Bluebird Nursery all located in North London, as well as Aldenham Prep Riyadh due to open in Saudi Arabia.

Having joined St. Hilda’s in 2016 as deputy head, Andy Kaye is already familiar to everyone in the school community, putting him in a prime position to take on his new role as head from the start of the 2022-2023 academic year.

At Aldenham schools, teaching goes beyond what’s learned in the classroom, focusing on the pupil as a whole person. In his previous roles, Kaye has applied this approach. He’s been passionate about bringing fun and exploration to learning, helping young people be their happiest and most confident selves – and he looks forward to continuing this in his new position as the head of St. Hilda’s.
