“Topping the kind of performance that Team England delivered in Glasgow is a tough challenge and Commonwealth Games England is determined to try and build on this success and continue to grow as a leading English sporting organisation. We are confident that having the support of Kukri, and their fantastic kit, will enable us to achieve great success in 2018,” said Paul Blanchard, CEO at Commonwealth Games England. “We are fully focused on sending the best prepared – and best kitted out – team to the Gold Coast. Gold Coast 2018 will also see the England vs. Australia rivalry renewed as we prepare to take on the Aussies in their own backyard. We want to look our best.”

Teams can choose from our unrivalled stock range with additional logos and numbers added for personalisation. For a more bespoke offering teams can work with our in-house designers. Our experienced designers will use their expertise to help teams design and visualise the best range of products for their athletes, choosing from our ever-expanding array of fabrics and fits, to achieve the right balance between performance and durability – an essential combination for any sports kit.

We are also immensely proud of our work with BUCS – British Universities and Colleges Sport, the governing body for university sport in the United Kingdom. Kukri has been supplying official teamwear for over six years and has recently extended this partnership for another five years. The partnership sees the two organisations working in tandem to help university sports’ teams in the UK by providing excellent performance and leisure teamwear and sees Kukri as the official retail partner of BUCS at all major events. Kukri has most recently provided kit for the 163-strong GB delegation heading to the World University Games.

Adam Priestley, BUCS Head of Marketing Communications and Sponsorship, added, “The standard of university sport has never been better and the pursuit of excellence requires the best teamwear. Kukri’s experience over the years in supplying elite teams with performance kit, and meeting the demands of university sport means we have a great working relationship with them and we have a joint passion for improving the student athlete experience. We look forward to continuing our partnership and working with the sector, as university sport continues its upward trajectory.”

At Kukri we pride ourselves on our partnerships and, whether your team is competing at national or local level, we can ensure the athletes look, feel and, more importantly, perform at their very best.
