Girls at The Queen’s School paid homage to Paris Fashion Week with their very own creations with an environmental edge

Year 7 girls took to the catwalk at the Senior School wearing their own recycled ‘Trashion’ designs. All of the clothes were made from recycled materials with some spectacular designs on show.

Older pupils also modelled jewellery designs by Stella and Dot to the cheers and applause of their classmates. Not to be outdone, a group of Lower School girls showed designs by Chester store Chateau de Sable.

The event was organised by the QSPA – the school’s parents association.

Laura Freeman, event organiser for the QSPA, thanked all the stall holders, staff and parents who made the event possible, particularly Mrs Poole, Mrs Jones and Janice Atlay for their hard work.

She said: ‘Almost £400 was raised from refreshment and raffle sales and a wonderful evening was had by all.’
