Queen’s School pupil, Evei Whorrall-Campbell, is top performer in the UK in her Pre-U Fine Art examination

Evei Whorrall-Campbell, who recently achieved straight A*s in her A levels, has now been awarded another accolade.

The talented artist has recently discovered that she was the top performer in the UK in her Pre-U Fine Art examination (A level Art equivalent).

Evei, from Kelsall, is now starting her first year at Central St Martin’s Art School.

Her efforts were formally acknowledged by Michael O’ Sullivan, CEO of Cambridge International Examinations, who said: ‘Topping the list of excellent candidates in a Cambridge Pre-U subject is a performance of the very highest calibre. I offer Evei sincere congratulations for this outstanding achievement.’

Head of Art, Alistair Tucker, added: “Evei is an incredibly talented artist and thinker. The way she approaches the subject shows such maturity and depth. We are all so proud of her achievements and can’t wait to hear what life holds for her next.”
