After taking morning assembly, Mr Hanson, CEO of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS), toured the Southend-based school and visited classrooms.
Mr Hanson was impressed with the school’s newly-refurbished netball and tennis courts, which he formally opened.
On returning to his post as Headmaster, Mr Davies remarked that it was a pleasure to welcome Mr Hanson to the school.
‘I was delighted with his positive approval of the school’s facilities,’ says Mr Davies, ‘and his kind compliments about the excellent confidence shown by our children during his visit highlighted one of the school’s key strengths.
“To welcome the CEO of any business for a visit is a notable event and this was no different.”
The Independent Association of Preparatory Schools is the professional association for heads of the leading 600 independent prep schools in the UK and worldwide.
