Property services company Ian Williams has carried out internal and external redecoration to St John’s School in Leatherhead, Surrey. More than 600 pupils are already benefitting from the works now that they have returned to lessons following the summer break.
The contract was won following the successful delivery of a similar programme at Eton College in Berkshire, where the quality of work greatly impressed the estates manager, who invited Ian Williams to tender for this latest brief.

“There is an increasing amount of pressure on those in charge of schools, particularly when work has to be completed in a short period of time, such as the summer holidays.
