Outdoor education provider, Kingswood, has struck up an association with Chelsea FC Foundation to create inspiring football development experiences for young people aged 8 to 17 at Grosvenor Hall, their outdoor adventure and activity centre in Ashford, Kent, from May to October 2016.
The brand new residential football training camps give schools and groups the opportunity to get their young players of all ages and abilities excited about football and give them the chance to learn new skills from the full time qualified coaches that work for Chelsea FC Foundation.
Over the course of three or five days, youngsters will take part in training sessions, small sided games, get involved in focused workshops on fitness and leading healthy lifestyles, plus go behind-the-scenes to see what happens at a professional club. As part of their programme, teams will also get involved in a selection of over 50 high adrenaline activities from abseiling to archery and racing motorsports buggies. Accompanying teachers and coaches will also benefits from coach education and CPD opportunities during their visit.
